Billing & Plans

Manage your TimeCurve subscription, payment method, and billing history.

TimeCurve has three plans: a free tier and two paid plans (Basic and Pro). You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.

Plans

Free

The free plan is always available — no credit card required. It includes:

  • Unlimited time tracking sessions
  • Up to 3 clients
  • Up to 50 time entries
  • Up to 5 invoices
  • Basic reporting

Great for getting started or for freelancers with a very small client base.

Basic — from €3.99 / $4.99 per month

Basic unlocks more room to grow:

  • Up to 10 clients
  • Up to 500 time entries
  • Up to 50 invoices
  • Email support
  • 7-day free trial

Pro — from €6.99 / $7.99 per month

Pro removes all limits:

  • Everything in Basic
  • Unlimited clients
  • Unlimited time entries
  • Unlimited invoices
  • Advanced billing features (tax rates, fixed-fee entries)
  • Priority support
  • 7-day free trial

Pro is recommended for active freelancers and consultants who bill multiple clients regularly.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves approximately 15%).
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.

The upgrade takes effect immediately. Your billing cycle starts on the day you upgrade.

Both Basic and Pro are available on a yearly billing cycle at a discounted rate:

Managing your payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method.
  2. Click Update to add or replace a credit or debit card.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. TimeCurve does not store card numbers.

Viewing billing history

Under Settings → Billing → Invoices, you can see all past payments with the date, amount, and status. Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. No data is lost — you will simply be subject to the free plan limits.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with TimeCurve within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
