Profile

Update your display name, avatar, and personal information in TimeCurve.

Your profile contains the personal information associated with your TimeCurve account. It is visible to other members in shared organizations.

Updating your display name

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Click on the Name field and enter your preferred display name.
  3. Click Save to apply the change.

Your display name appears in the top navigation, in organization member lists, and on any activity attributed to you.

Changing your avatar

TimeCurve uses Gravatar to display profile pictures based on your email address. To change your avatar:

  1. Visit gravatar.com and sign in (or create an account) with the same email address you use for TimeCurve.
  2. Upload the image you want to use.
  3. Gravatar changes may take a few minutes to propagate.

If no Gravatar is found for your email, a default generated avatar is shown.

Updating your email address

Your email address is used for login, password resets, and receiving invoice notifications.

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Click Change email and enter your new address.
  3. A verification email is sent to the new address — click the link to confirm.

The change takes effect after verification. Your old email address cannot be used to log in once the change is confirmed.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile and scroll to the Danger zone section.
  2. Click Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your clients, jobs, time entries, and invoices will be permanently removed. If you are the owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership or delete the organization before deleting your personal account.
