Jobs
Create and manage jobs (projects) under your clients in TimeCurve.
A job is a project or recurring piece of work you do for a client. Jobs group related time entries together and allow you to track hours and costs per project.
Creating a job
- In the Time Tracking sidebar, hover over a client name to reveal the + button.
- Click it to open the New job dialog.
- Enter the job details:

| Hourly rate | No | Per-job rate that overrides the client's default rate |
- Click Create to save the job.
Selecting a job
Click a job in the sidebar to open it in the main panel. The panel shows all time entries for that job along with the total tracked hours and total cost in the header.
Editing a job
Right-click or use the ⋯ menu next to a job and select Edit. You can update the name, description, and hourly rate.
Deleting a job
Use the ⋯ menu next to a job and select Delete. This removes the job and all its time entries permanently.
Active timer indicator
When a timer is running for a job, a small indicator is shown next to that job in the sidebar so you always know which job is being timed.
